This appliance repair company is beyond incompetent. They diagnosed a problem with a circuit board and temperature gauge for my refrigerator. They ordered parts and came back to repair.
The fridge worked again, for about 2 weeks. Turns out, they never actually put in a new circuit board. They came out again, said, "oh, you need a new circuit board." Duh. Told me they would order the part, and a week and a half later came out again to install. Problem was, no one told the dude that he was supposed to have the part, and it was never ordered. Livid, I spoke with the parts guy on the phone, who sai he was out of town the week before, and someone messed up. He said he had a part a few towns over, and he could send his guy there toay and be by this evening to install. Fine. Oh yeah, and they might need one other part, but would try this.
Then, I got a call from the Worst Customer Service Person on the Planet. She blithely informed me that they were ordering the part, and would be able to be by in 4 days. I tried to ask about the guy who was supposed to have the part and be bythis evening, and had in fact cancelled plans in order to be here. She literally interrupted my every word, to the point where I couldn't form a sentence. "maam, I'm telling you ..." "ma'am" Oh dear God. She proceeded to get louder and louder, as did I, until she told me she was putting me on hold to calm down.
I am calling another repair company tomorrow, and would never EVER dream of dealing with this company, even if my fridge isn't repaired for another month.
